Russ Sacks

EVP Innovation and Data Science

Russ leads the Data Science and Operations Research team at Kythera. He has over 20 years of experience in operations research, process excellence, data science, and software development. He has implemented data science models and predictive analytics to manage diseases, utilization, and revenue cycles at numerous healthcare organizations. Russ is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Jay Galbreath

Chief Financial Officer

Jay leads the finance and operations of Kythera Labs. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience in healthcare strategy, finance, and revenue cycle management. Jay is known for establishing strong partnerships with healthcare businesses, especially providers.

Jeff McDonald

Chief Executive Officer

Jeff is a serial entrepreneur and growth leader who successfully envisioned and developed analytical products and platform technologies to empower growth. He has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, combining his technology, innovation, and analytic product development experience with his conviction in the power of teamwork to help organizations succeed.

Jeremy Ellis

EVP Business Development

Jeremy leads the sales team and is responsible for sales, revenue generation, and customer relationship development. He is an accomplished sales executive who brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology.

Ryan Leurck

Chief Analytics Officer

Ryan leads the Analytics and Products teams at Kythera Labs. He is an engineer and data scientist with over 13 years of experience in operations research, system-of-system design, and research and development portfolio valuation and analysis. Ryan received his start on the research faculty at The Georgia Institute of Technology Aerospace System Design Lab where he led researchers in the application of machine learning and big data technologies.

Matt Ryan

Chief Technology Officer

Matt leads the data engineering team and is responsible for architecture, engineering, and technical operations at Kythera Labs. He has over 30 years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture, including big data environments for healthcare, finance, and telecommunications. Matt has been recognized by Databricks as one of their top 10 innovators.

Glynn Dennis, Jr., Ph.D.

Chief Science Officer

Glynn leads Kythera Labs Life Sciences and BioPharma initiatives, including research and product development. Glynn brings over two decades of expertise in Data & AI to Kythera Labs, having served in numerous scientific, data, and AI leadership roles across the industry, including at NIAID, Genentech, Bio-Rad Laboratories, and AstraZeneca.
