Jeff McDonald is a serial entrepreneur and growth leader with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He has led the development of analytical products and data technology platforms that support growth, operational decision-making, and market understanding. Jeff combines technology and product leadership with a strong emphasis on teamwork and execution, shaping Kythera’s mission to reduce uncertainty in healthcare data.
Chief Analytics Officer
Ryan Leurck leads Kythera’s Analytics and Product teams. He is an engineer and data scientist with over 13 years of experience spanning operations research, system-of-systems design, and advanced analytical modeling. Ryan began his career on the research faculty at the Georgia Institute of Technology Aerospace Systems Design Lab, where he led applied research using machine learning and large-scale data technologies. His background informs Kythera’s analytical rigor and focus on consistency.
Chief Commercial Officer
Rob Grant leads commercial strategy and growth at Kythera Labs. He brings extensive experience in healthcare market strategy, innovation, and executive leadership, having previously served as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Mercury Healthcare and Healthgrades. Rob has also played a key role as co-founder and executive leader at Evariant, where he helped shape enterprise solutions and strategic direction. His background spans market expansion, strategic partnerships, and aligning technology with customer needs, informing how Kythera engages customers and delivers commercial impact.

Glynn Dennis leads Kythera Labs’ Life Sciences and BioPharma initiatives, including scientific research and product development. He brings more than two decades of experience in data science and AI, with leadership roles across government, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical organizations, including NIAID, Genentech, Bio-Rad Laboratories, and AstraZeneca. Glynn’s work focuses on applying advanced analytics to complex biological and real-world data challenges.

Matt Ryan leads architecture, engineering, and technical operations at Kythera Labs. He has over 30 years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture, including large-scale data environments across healthcare, finance, and telecommunications. Matt is recognized by Databricks as one of their top innovators, and his experience underpins Kythera’s ability to operate reliably within modern cloud data platforms.
EVP, Innovation and Data Science
Russ Sacks leads Kythera’s Data Science and Operations Research teams. He has more than 20 years of experience in operations research, predictive analytics, and process improvement within healthcare. Russ has developed and implemented analytical models supporting disease management, utilization analysis, and revenue cycle optimization across healthcare organizations. He is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
